Part of the C-Hero® complete Man Overboard Rescue System Manufactured by Harken Industrial
Part No. IN145
The intuitive system provides quick recovery of conscious or unconscious persons. Two detachable 1.8 m (6′) long 3.2 cm (1.25″) diameter fiberglass foam-filled poles allow body to be pulled close to boat before deploying the strap. When deployed, the strap goes over the person in the water and then under their arms for a vertical recovery. Crew members stay safe onboard and inside the bulwarks during the process. Rescue strap detaches from holding blocks and snaps when being deployed. To be used with the C-Hero Rescue Davit, sold separately, or with your boat’s anchor-handling davit.
C-Hero model: VR-12 Rescue Pole and Rescue Davit are Type Approval Certified.
