Center cage keeps Delrin® roller bearings separated and parallel to reduce friction. Captive Delrin ball bearings carry side loads.

Pulley shackle locks in two directions or swivels to keep rope from twisting.

The low-load Black Magic pulley has red isolators. It uses Delrin® rollers, with a 17-4 PH stainless headpost and 316 stainless steel shackle.

With high strength-to-weight ratios and free-rolling roller bearings, Black Magic Air pulleys handle high dynamic and static loads where friction is an issue. Pulley shackle locks in two directions or swivels to keep rope from twisting. The low-load Black Magic pulley has red isolators. It uses Delrin® rollers, with a 17-4 PH stainless headpost and 316 stainless steel shackle. The simple construction requires no lubrication.
