COMING SOON. The Harken Snatchet provides the rigging flexibility to answer heavy lifting challenges in difficult settings by combining Harken’s high efficiency pulley engineering with a familiar and intuitive carabiner-based anchoring system well established in mountaineering and working-at-height. The result is a very flexible device easy to install and remove, that may be introduced to the middle of an existing rope system.
Harken Snatchet is available both with and without an internal ratchet. Ratcheting versions engage via a sliding on-off switch on the unit and may be used in either mode. The sheave in the ratcheting version is equipped with facets to increase rope holding power. The non-ratcheting version offers a traditional smooth pulley. The pulley side plates on either option are made of fiber-reinforced composite material to keep them light. Sheaves are stainless steel and the ANSI-certified locking carabiner is carbon steel.
